Orders shipped outside the EU are shipped DDU ("duties and taxes unpaid") and may be subject to import duties, local taxes and VAT which are levied once the package reaches your country. We are not able to say what the charges might be. In most cases, these charges are paid directly by you to the UPS courier at time of delivery.
